After our initial consultation, the treatment plan will include the appropriate procedure codes and office fees. This way you will know what is covered by insurance and what is the responsibility of the patient. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Our offices accepts most major dental and medical insurances and we will work with you to maximize your reimbursement for covered procedures. Please understand that your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your carrier.
